Our Methodology to training is player-centric and we focus on the role of the player within the context of the team and the game, developing each players skills to their highest potential. LaLiga Academy’s integrated approach combines the technical and tactical skills together with the conditional and cognitive, always driving the interconnectivity of these 4 key skills to simulate decision-making.
We believe that every aspiring football player can become a competitive athlete. We work on understanding each player to customize our approach to their development and encourage them to reach their highest potential.

The LaLiga Academy Development program is open for all players from the age of 5-18 who are interested to learn football and improving their skills and fitness. The program focuses on improving the individual technique of new aspiring players in terms of their game tactics and strategy while also introducing positions and teamwork.

One of the distinguishing features of LaLiga Academy is the personalization of the training sessions as the coaches evaluate the players throughout the season to identify the strengths and areas of improvement for each player.

The program focuses on:

  • LaLiga style of play, techniques, and philosophy
  • Technical, tactical, physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of the game to give each player the skills and understanding to excel within the game context
  • Designed more for players to enjoy football competitively

TRAINING
FREQUENCY

Training includes 3 times per week, including 1 match day.

The Advanced Program has been created to provide aspiring players with the training content in line with LaLiga approaches. Advanced teams participate in competitive matches throughout the term.

The program focuses on:

  • LaLiga style of play, techniques, and philosophy
  • Technical, tactical, physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of the game to give each player the skills and understanding to excel within the game context
  • Building blocks that will enable players to pursue football as student-athletes
  • This program is suitable for players who want to excel and unlock their football potential

 

TRAINING
FREQUENCY

Training includes 4 times per week, including 1 match day.

More practising means that players can advance their techniques and skills faster through extensive training and reach higher performance levels.
