Thank you for using our website and considering to participate in Next Gen Draft. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our event. By accessing our website or registering for our event, you agree to comply with these terms.

Registration and Participation

Eligibility: Our event is open to boys & girls born in years 2011 & 2010. By registering, you affirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Registration: To register for our event, you must provide accurate and complete information. Which requires National ID of player and Current Photo.
Payment: Our event is FREE of charge.

Eligibility for Selection to the LALIGA Spain Experience

Only players who hold a valid Vietnam passport or legal Vietnam residency are eligible to be selected for the LALIGA Spain Experience. Players who do not meet this requirement may participate in the event but will not be considered for selection to the international team traveling to Spain.

Code of Conduct

Respect: Participants must treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect and adhere to all event rules and regulations. Behavior: Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.

Liability

Assumption of Risk: Participation in our event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activities.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LALIGA Academy Vietnam, LALIGA EA SPORTS, any other Parties to this event are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in our Event.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content and materials provided on our website and during our event are the property of LALIGA, LALIGA ADADEMY VIETNAM, EA SPORTS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Cancellation
